More than a hundred families kicked up their feet and spent a day at the docks for the Coast Guard’s 13th Annual Fishing Tournament.
Organizers say this is the largest participation they’ve had so far.
"This is the first time I came with my little sister and my mom," said Deven Latimer, who was fishing with his family.
"I want to catch a big one, a really big one," said Deven’s sister Gianni.
The event was also a way to promote safe boating to kids and adults.
