Hawaii musician Jack Johnson is preparing for an island wide tour to support the Kokua Hawaii Foundation.
The acoustic tour in April will coincide with the release of a new album, "Best of Kokua Festival". Culled from six years of his eco-minded music festival, Jack Johnson and Friends – Best of Kokua Festival, highlights onstage collaborations with legendary musicians like Willie Nelson, Jackson Browne, Eddie Vedder, Ben Harper, Dave Mathews, Ziggy and Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley and more. The album will be released on April 17th.
This year’s tour will make stops on Kauai, Oahu, Maui, and the Big Island and feature local musicians Paula Fuga and John Cruz.
Proceeds from Jack Johnson and Friends – Best of Kokua Festival and the tour will benefit the Kokua Hawaii Foundation.
