Japanese and South Korean leaders pay their respects at Punchbowl

Leaders of Japan and South Korea paid their respects at Punchbowl Saturday.

Japan’s Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda and South Korea’s President Lee Myung-bak laid wreaths at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific during two separate ceremonies.

They’re in town for APEC.

Honolulu Mayor Peter Carlisle was also at the ceremonies to pay his respects.
