Also released Wednesday details of Jim Donovan’s agreement to be reassigned under Chancellor Tom Apple’s office.
UH President M.R.C. Greenwood admitted that Donovan’s new job is part of a settlement.
After Donovan’s attorney told the university that publicly suspending him over the botched concert deliberately made donovan a scapegoat for what was a systematic problem.
A signed agreement between Donovan and the university outlines his pay for his new position and also a provision that pays his attorney $30,000.
His new "working title" will be director of external affairs and community relations.
The board of regents supports the university’s decision to move him to this position.
