Jury acquits 62-year-old man in fatal Chinatown shooting

An Oahu Circuit Court jury found 62-year-old Samuel Carter not guilty on all five counts of an indictment, including second-degree attempted murder, second-degree murder and three ammunition and firearm charges in the 2022 Chinatown shooting.
