A Kalihi man who filed for bankruptcy allegedly had over $100,000 in cash and annuities.
Gil Constantino, 68, was charged with bankruptcy fraud.
Court documents show Constantino had $141,000 to pay his creditors.
Constantino will be in court on April 16th.
