The County of Kaua‘i Office of the Prosecuting Attorney is asking for the help of the community in locating a fugitive felon. Sharilyn Ozonko, 26 Kapa’a, was convicted of one count of Theft in the Second Degree, a Class C Felony, for stealing over $1,400.00 worth of jewelry from a Kukui‘ula Village store in May 2011.
Ozonko, who was out of custody, failed to appear for her sentencing hearing on November 17. The Honorable Judge Valenciano issued warrants for her arrest and set bail at $101,000.00 cash.
