The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney has filed felony charges against 13 non-compliant sex offenders living on Kauai.
The charges stem from a three month joint operation between the Kauai Police Department and OPA. The convicted sex offenders either failed to register or were non-compliant with statutory registration requirements were identified, investigated, and apprehended.
