Honolulu firefighters plan to continue searching for missing kayaker at dawn Sunday.
Officials say the man, who is in his 20′s, paddled out to the Mokulua Islands off Lanikai and was standing on some rocks when he got swept out into the water.
This happened around 6 p.m. Saturday.
Firefighters searched by air and boat, but had to stop once it got too dark.
