Keehi Boaters Recovering From Tsunami 1 Year Later

Keehi Harbor boaters were hit hard after last year’s tsunami and earthquake and Japan. Despite millions of dollars released by the state of Hawaii for repairs, glitches have forced some boaters to just make due.
