Kekaha man dies in waters off Kauai’s south shore

A Kekaha man died Wednesday afternoon in a scuba incident in waters off Kauai’s south shore. The man has been identified by officials as 33-year-old Brandon Pagala.  He was near Hoona Beach, more commonly known as Baby Beach, around 1 p.m. when he went scuba diving with a friend.
