On Monday, KHON2 is kicking off our law week.
Volunteer attorneys from the Hawaii Bar Association will be in our Action Line department.
They’ll give out free advice on numerous issues like: bankruptcy, divorce and elderly care.
"Lawyers are encouraged to provide pro bono work for people that can’t afford legal services," said Malcolm Barcarse Jr., Law Week committee chair. "We won’t be soliciting any donations or business or providing legal advice. This is strictly legal information for people that ask."
The volunteer attorneys will be in every day starting Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
