Kokua Line: Details ‘not being provided’ on Nov. 13 APEC roadblocks

Question: Regarding the APEC road restrictions, we need to go to Honolulu Airport between 9 and 10 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 13, from East Honolulu. What is the best route to go to the airport during the time they expect road closures on the H-1? It will be a big problem for everyone.
