Leeward residents asked to conserve water until tomorrow

Even though a 24-inch water transmission line that broke over the weekend has been repaired Leeward coast residents are still being urged to conserve water until at least tomorrow.

The Board of Water Supply says the system has not yet fully recovered from the disruption of service caused by the break.

Residents are urged to still limit their water use to cooking, drinking and personal hygiene.
