Letter: City must join DLNR in feral cat battle

Mahalo for supporting the proposed law changes made by the Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources banning the feeding of feral cats on managed property (“Enact law to curb feral cat colonies,” Star-Advertiser, Our View, Aug. 19). It has long been established that feral cats threaten endangered species, and the new law would be a step in the right direction.
