Letter: Do not sacrifice Hawaii habitats to solar farms

The version of the big, beautiful bill that passed the U.S. Senate proposes to phase out existing federal tax subsidies for wind and solar by the end of 2027. This is a good move. Hopefully all the solar projects slated for Hawaii’s landscape get put to the curb.
