Letter: End impasse over DHS, pay hard-working staff

In light of the flooding disaster we have just experienced, it would seem that our two U.S. senators should vote to pay FEMA workers (not to mention our TSA workers, Coast Guard and others under the Department of Homeland Security umbrella) who have all gone without a paycheck for a month now.
