Letter: Gabbard in position to push for Iran war’s end

Tulsi Gabbard, my Kailua neighbor, has situated herself in an incredibly important position, especially as we are now at war. Today I read that her office issued a report before we started this war that regime change in Iran would not be accomplished even if we toppled the leadership.
