The Practical Policy Institute (PPI) has once again deployed a scattershot attempt to undermine Hawaii’s sustainability goals, all in service of their ultimate mission — pretending oil and liquefied natural gas (LNG) are more affordable and reliable than renewable options (“State to dictate a costly transit future,” Island Voices, Star-Advertiser, Jan. 25).
