Letter: Hawaii should lead to build peace, not arms

I am writing to tell you of the dismay I felt upon reading the article regarding turning Hawaii into an arms/military-equipment-building state (“Hawaii could be key hub for Pacific arms manufacturing,” Feb. 16, Star- Advertiser).
