Letter: Hawaiian flight nudges customers to Alaska

On Oct. 6, we took our first flight on Hawaiian Airlines to Seattle. Once we were in the air, we discovered that the cabin lighting was not functional and only had “nighttime” ceiling illumination. So, unless you brought your own reading light, forget reading during the flight.
