Letter: Kalakaua repaving is an appreciated upgrade

A sincere mahalo to the City and County of Honolulu for the excellent job of repaving Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki. What a wonderful new driving experience. I’m sure our regular visitors and residents both appreciate the improvement.
