Letter: Shame on state for going forward with LNG

New low as the Green administration cozies up to Donald Trump’s secretary of the Interior, alongside a fossil fuel giant, Japan’s JERA, about plans to push climate-killing liquefied natural gas (LNG) onto the people of Hawaii. They are ignoring, or perhaps trying to hide, the consistent reports of LNG’s volatile prices, which incidentally spiked since the disruptions to shipping through the Strait of Hormuz.
