Letter: Some veterans waited decades for parade

Veterans of WWII and conflicts in Korea, the Dominican Republic, Vietnam, Panama, Grenada, Bosnia, Somalia, Iraq, Afghanistan and others greatly appreciated the June 14 military parade in Washington.
