A 27 year old man is in police custody Monday night in connection with the death of man found beaten on a sidewalk.
The man was found in Makakilo late Thursday night.
He was taken to the hospital in critical condition, where he later died.
He has been identified as 29-year-old Albert Meyer of Kapolei.
Witnesses say he was attacked by someone in a dark vehicle, which then fled the scene.
Police have arrested a 27-year-old man in connection with the case.
He remains in police custody awaiting charges.
