A man is in police custody tonight after being booked on suspicion of murder.
36 year old Reuben Silva was arrested on Leoku Street in Waipahu, just before 1 p.m. this afternoon.
It had to do with an incident that happened on January 20th in the Kalihi area.
Police say the victim had head injuries and died in the hospital on February 18th.
Silva is being held at HPD’s main station.
He has not been charged yet.
