A man accused of a driver’s license fraud scheme has pled guilty to unlawful production of a government document.
In-Chan Park was indicted for fraud in November.
According to court documents, the 53-year-old conspired with a clerk at the city driver’s license division to get licenses to foreigners in the country illegally.
Park faces a maximum of 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when he is sentenced in May.
He is likely to testify against his co-defendant.
