Due to a broken service line on the 18-inch main line which supplies south Maui, customers in Kihei will have very low water pressure or no water while Department of Water Supply personnel repair the line.
Water service should be restored by 4 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
The affected area spans from the Sugar Beach area of North Kihei Road, Mokulele Highway, South Kihei Road, Piilani Highway, to Kilohana Drive.
Customers are asked to call the 24-hour service line (270-7633) only if a water problem occurs.
