Maui doctor’s attempted murder case goes to jury

A Circuit Court jury of seven women and five men began deliberations early Tuesday afternoon in the trial of Gerhardt Konig, a 47-year-old Maui anesthesiologist accused of trying to kill his wife on her 36th birthday while hiking the Pali Puka Trail on Oahu.
