Mayor Peter Carlisle will attend the U.S. Conference of Mayors 80th Winter Meeting in Washington D.C.
The Winter Meeting is the premiere forum for Mayors and Washington leaders to come together and discuss pressing issues impacting our cities and metro areas.
The meeting will take place January 18-20, 2012 in Washington, D.C.
Carlisle will also meet in Washington with Federal Transit Administrator Peter Rogoff to discuss the continued progress of Honolulu’s rail transit project.
Carlisle will return to Oahu on Friday, January 20.
