Most beaches open, except for Oahu’s Hanauma Bay

Many beaches across the state have reopened Sunday morning, but officials say Hanauma Bay on Oahu remains closed.

The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said although the tsunami advisory has been cancelled, smaller sea level changes and strong or unusual currents may persist for several additional hours and appropriate caution should be exercised by boaters and swimmers.
