The crash happened just before 1am this morning on Wilikina Drive near Kemoo Farms.
Witnesses say the bike was speeding when it lost control and hit a curb.
That is when police say the rider was thrown from the bike and hit a fence on the other side of the road.
Traffic on Wilikina was closed in both directions but has since been reopened.
