A new national study says nearly one in five American drivers are unfit for the road.
According to the GMAC insurance national drivers test.. Hawaii drivers are among the worst when it comes to the rules of the road.
Hawaii drivers ranked second last.. only Washington D.C. was worse.
"Blinkers, defiantly blinkers, people do not know how to use them here at all," says Kellie Rathyen, Salt Lake resident.
"The merging, blinkers they seem
not to be able to use them very much at all around here it can get pretty frustrating," says Michael Rathyen, Salt Lake resident.
"Not signaling and not checking blind spots, not making head checks, people rely too much on their mirrors," says Scott Walker, Agape International Driving school.
