A Pearl City man noticed a vehicle in his neighbor’s driveway being loaded up by a woman while two men sat in the car. It happened on Wednesday.
After the vehicle drove away, the man realized his neighbor’s home had been burglarized and called police.
The observant neighbor was able to provide police with the vehicle’s license plate number. On Thursday, police went to the registered owner’s address and located the vehicle. The neighbor positively identified the registered owner’s son as the driver of the vehicle. When police searched the vehicle they also found a glass smoking pipe with residue inside. The suspect was arrested on burglary and drug charges.
