There are new kiosks up at Ala Moana Center, but the businesses on display are not selling their products.
The five businesses were selected for the Hawaii Business Innovation Showcase, as part of the APEC events.
The businesses are showcasing Hawaii’s contributions to the fields of clean energy, science, and health.
Similar displays will be at the convention center for APEC delegates.
