NEW YORK (AP) – Some residents of New York and New Jersey are being warned to evacuate for the second time in two weeks. A storm heading their way could bring more flooding to coastal communities battered by Superstorm Sandy. This storm isn’t expected to be anywhere near as strong, but it could complicate the region’s recovery. Major airlines are scrapping flights in and out of the New York area.
