The number of homes sold on Oahu fell in 2011…and so did the median price.
The Honolulu Board of Realtors says nearly 3000 homes were sold last year for a median price of $575,000 dollars.
That’s down about 3 percent on both fronts.
The number of condos sold rose 1.3 percent last year to more than 4,000.
The price dropped 1.6 percent to 300,000 dollars.
The industry expects the number of sales to rise as the economy continues to recover.
