Oahu residents are without power Wednesday night after three HECO generators tripped offline.
The event reportedly happened in areas around the island around 9:30 p.m.
Reserve units were brought back on for most customers, though some customers were temporarily without power because the reserve units were not able to offset the combined generators’ load.
HECO crews are in the process of restoring power to effected customers.

Crest View
Waipio Gentry
Waipahu
Waikele
Nuuanu
Tantalus
Pacific Heights

Kaimuki
St. Louis Heights
Downtown
Ala Moana
