The White House has recognized an Oahu woman for her community service.
Nadine Nishioka, is part of the Honolulu Manoa-Waioli Lions Club.
She was one of 11 Lions Club members from across the nation honored as a "Champion of Change."
They are individuals who have devoted their time and effort to their communities.
