As expected but dreaded, Honolulu’s Daniel K. Inouye International Airport is among 40 U.S. airports seeing flight cuts, starting today, due to the ongoing federal shutdown. Staff shortages at air-traffic control towers and TSA checkpoints nationwide are a growing problem.
