Oil spill causes backup on H-3 town bound

Traffic is backed up on the H-3 freeway Honolulu due to a multiple vehicle accident inside the Harano tunnel. The three-vehicle accident also caused an oil spill, blocking the right lane. HPD and HFD are on the scene of the crash. Copyright 2016 Hawaii News Now. All rights reserved.
