There’s something new coming to the state fair this year that might ruffle some feathers.
Ostrich feathers that is.
Six of the big birds are coming to Hawaii for the 50th state fair later this month to participate in races.
They’re coming with their trained drivers from a farm in Kansas.
The same farm is sending camels and jockeys for separate races.
The state fair starts on May 27th and continues on weekends until the end of June.
