Raising the price of parking at Honolulu city parks is again before the city council.
A few dozen people turned out at the diamond head neighborhood board meeting last night to voice displeasure with "bill 30".
The measure would increase parking rates to a dollar an hour 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
The bill has been killed in previous years.
