A Pearl City man is accused of sexually assaulting a young girl.
Bud Dwelly is charged with three counts of first degree sex assault, and two counts of third degree sex assault.
Police say the incidents happened in August.
The 27-year-old appeared in court on Wednesday.
His bail is set at $100,000.
