Eighteen schools across the state went head to head in a robotics competition at Pearlridge Center Sunday.
The team that made it to the world championships is from Pearl City High School. They’ll compete in Anaheim, California this April.
Three other teams were also recognized for their work. They will compete in the national championships in Nebraska later this year.
