Pflueger’s accountant pled guilty to tax fraud

The accountant for the owner and former owner of Pflueger auto pled guilty on Monday to tax fraud.

Dennis Duban was the accountant for James Pflueger and his son Alan.

He pled guilty to conspiracy to defraud the IRS, and assisting in the filing of a false income tax return.

The Justice Department alleges that the Pfluegers paid personal and family expenses out of the company and wrote them off as business expenses.

Duban faces up to eight years in prison when he is sentenced in April.
