Maui police have reopened Piilani Hwy at Waipuilani Road Kahului bound. They had a mauka lane closed because of a traffic accident, according to the County of Maui Facebook page.
Kahului bound traffic was being diverted down Piikea Ave. South bound traffic was being diverted down E. Waipuilani Road until about 8:20 p.m.
