Public Housing Authority Seeking Collaboration To Fix Unused Homes

The Hawaii Public Housing Authority announced an ambitious program Monday to help refurbish over 300 unused homes by collaborating with local businesses and non-profits, in an effort to help provide some shelter for Hawaii’s homeless.
