The Honolulu Board of Realtors® says median sales prices are up over last September by 11.8 percent for homes and 0.9 percent for condos.
Total sales were also up for homes but dropped a bit for condos.
Year-to-date 20-12 is still out pacing 2011 in both sales volume and prices for homes and condos.
The trend could continue as pending sales up nearly 50 percent for homes and 33 percent for condos.
