A Kakaako man accused of opening fire on the freeway Friday night has been charged.
Douglas Freeman, 65, is accused of shooting Bronson Botelho’s car in an apparent case of road rage.
It happened on the H1 Freeway townbound near Aiea.
No one was injured.
Freeman is charged with terroristic threatening, reckless endangerment, and a firearms offense.
His bail is set at $50,000.
